Our privacy policy is designed to provide transparency into our privacy practices and principles in a format that our guests can navigate, read and understand, This Privacy Policy describes how we and our related companies collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of any of our websites that post this or incorporate this Policy into their Terms of Service (each is referred to in this Policy as the “Site”). WHO WE ARE

Our company is Geotarget, LLC and includes many related companies. When you visit, shop create an account with us or our related companies, or use our sites or applications, your information is collected, used and shared according to this Policy. Our related companies have their own websites and some of them have either posted this Privacy Policy on their own websites as well, or have incorporated this Privacy Policy into their own Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any related companies if their websites specifically post different privacy policies.

WHAT WE COLLECT 

We get information about you in a range of ways. This information helps us recognize you, customize your website experience, and make our marketing messages more relevant.

Information You Give Us We collect your‎ name, postal address, email address, phone number, location, username, password, demographic information (such as your age, gender, occupation), third party social media profile information, as well as other information you directly give us on our Site.  If you elect to purchase products or services through our Site, we will collect the payment information that you provide to facilitate the transaction. Other examples of the information we receive and store include, but are not limited to, pages you visit, ads you click on, browser and device information, purchase information, IP based location information, search term information, your Facebook profile information along with your “likes”, history, photos, list of friends, etc. (if you used Facebook to log in on our website and subject to your privacy settings on that platform).

Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources, such as third party authenticator login. We may add this to the information we get from our Site. If you register or log into your Account using a third party authenticator login (such as Facebook), you authorize us to access certain account information from the third party authenticator, such as your public profile (consistent with the third party’s privacy policy and your privacy settings related thereto), email address, interests, “likes,” gender, birthday, education history, work history, interests, current city, photos, videos, personal description, friend list, and other information from your use of the third party service. Information we get from others (including third party data companies) may be combined with information you give us.

Location Information. When you use the Site, we may collect your location information from your device. This location information may include your longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates. If you do not agree to this collection, you can change your privacy preferences on your device, but then some functionality of the Site may be disabled.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Geotarget is committed to protecting the privacy of children.  Geotarget’s Site and services are intended for a general adult audience, and are not directed at children under (16) years of age.

We do not knowingly gather personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA) in any manner not permitted by COPPA.  If you are not 16 years of age or above, you may not use our service or software. If our algorithms or staff validate your age to be below 16 years, we will disable your account and your information will be deleted.

This site is not intended for use by minors under the age of 16. The Right To Access

Geotarget `will verify the individual making the subject access request before handing over the information. Typically, Geotarget will aim to respond to such a request within one month of receipt, but this may be extended if the SAR is complex. We will keep you informed of the progress.
